The Assistant, HR Employee Services Transactions is responsible for working collaboratively with managers and human resources, staff scheduling and payroll staff to ensure the quality and integrity of data entered into the Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). The incumbent processes a variety of confidential HR transactions related to employee record and salary/wage rate changes, hires, position tracking, job postings. The incumbent responds to requests and inquiries from clients or redirects as appropriate.

• Diploma in Human Resources Management plus one (1) to two (2) years of recent experience in HR or Administration, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience

• Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position.
