Position Summary

The position is directly accountable for the successful management of one or more small to medium projects and for project management support as a member of the Project Management Office. The Project Coordinator is also responsible for performing analysis, assessment and documentation of business and systems requirements, and workflow and process redesign activities as well as making recommendations for changes.
 
Qualifications

- Graduation from a recognized degree or diploma program in Computer Information Systems or Computer Science plus;
- Three (3) years recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

- Proficiently use various project management tools, applications and processes.
- Effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
- Effectively manage competing priorities.
- Manage contracts.
- Perform systems analysis using recognized methodologies.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent problem solving and facilitation skills.
- Demonstrated self-supervision skills along with the ability to facilitate effective team relationship in a multi-stakeholder group.
- The physical ability to carry out duties of this position.
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team and interact effectively with committees and various departments.
