Position Summary

Reporting to the Regional Manager – Acute Care Solutions, the Clinical Application Support Analyst –Acute Care is responsible for providing knowledge and support in workflow, training, development, testing, implementation, evaluation and maintenance as it relates to Clinical Information System (CIS) solutions utilized by all clinical providers in acute care such as physicians and nurses (e.g. Cerner PowerChart). The position is a health informatics proponent who collects and validates information as requested and participates in process improvement, system/data integrity, training and support of end users.
 
Qualifications

- Grade 12.
- Graduation from a recognized two (2) year computer systems technology diploma program, plus
- Two (2) years recent related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License.
