- A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources or Health Administration combined with seven (7) to ten (10) years related experience with at least 5 years experience in the information technology field and 3 years in a senior management capacity in an organization or industry of moderate to high complexity, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Demonstrated project planning, implementation and management skills, knowledge and experience. - Strong strategic planning skills. - Extensive knowledge and experience working with computerized staff scheduling and HRIS systems. - Ability to lead, plan, direct, implement, organize and problem solve. - Experience working in a unionized environment and familiarity with collective agreements. - Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. - Ability to provide client focused services. - Demonstrated ability to work diplomatically and persuasively to establish and maintain effective work relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
