Position Summary

The Regional Director, HRIS and Staffing Services is responsible and accountable for providing leadership in all aspects of the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of HRIS and Staffing Services. The position is responsible for the overall management of HRIS and Staffing Services including the creation of a strategy that meets the needs of NH.
 
Qualifications

- A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources or Health Administration combined with seven (7) to ten (10) years related experience with at least 5 years experience in the information technology field and 3 years in a senior management capacity in an organization or industry of moderate to high complexity, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Demonstrated project planning, implementation and management skills, knowledge and experience.
- Strong strategic planning skills.
- Extensive knowledge and experience working with computerized staff scheduling and HRIS systems.
- Ability to lead, plan, direct, implement, organize and problem solve.
- Experience working in a unionized environment and familiarity with collective agreements.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Ability to provide client focused services.
- Demonstrated ability to work diplomatically and persuasively to establish and maintain effective work relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
