The Manager, Residential Care is responsible and accountable for the North Peace Care Centre. This position is responsible for the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of service delivery systems, staff configuration systems, policy and procedures, and quality and risk management programs.
The Manager is responsible for the overall supervision of staff, ensuring residents receive optimal care which protects their health, safety and well-being while promoting independence. The Manager achieves these tasks through collaboration and participation with staff, Program managers, physicians, licensing bodies, and other community care givers.
A Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing, with a combination of five to seven years of clinical and management experience in health service delivery systems, OR
- An equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Must maintain current / be eligible for registration with CRNBC.
